Production Process:

Based on the traditional machine-made papermaking technology and papermaking machinery, the continuous mechanized production of wet fiber paper was developed.

Selected good ceramic fiber cotton as the main raw material, it is made by beating, shot removing, sizing, long net forming, vacuum dehydration, drying, shearing, rolling, packaging and other processes.

Product Characteristics:

The wet process is adopted to improve the shot removal and drying process on the basis of the traditional process. It is characterized by no asbestos, uniform fiber distribution, white color, no delamination, less shot content (four times centrifugal shot removal), flexible adjustment of bulk density according to the use, high strength (including reinforced fiber), good elasticity and strong machinability.
