Trolley furnace insulation
1. Construction preparation stage
Site survey and planning : First, conduct a detailed survey of the construction site, including the foundation structure of the trolley furnace, the surrounding environment, and the type of insulation materials required to be installed. Based on the survey results, a detailed construction plan and material list are developed.
Material preparation : According to the construction plan, prepare appropriate amounts of insulation materials, such as ceramic fiber blankets , ceramic fiber modules, aluminum silicate fiberboards, etc., as well as special adhesives, fixings (such as anchors, metal mesh, etc.) and necessary construction tools.
Safety measures : Ensure that safety measures are in place at the construction site, including wearing personal protective equipment, setting up safety warning signs, and ensuring good ventilation in the construction area.
2. Insulation layer construction
Basic treatment : Clean the inner surface of the trolley furnace, remove impurities such as oil and rust, and ensure that the insulation material can fit tightly.
Insulation material installation : According to the construction plan, select appropriate insulation materials for installation. For ceramic fiber blankets and modules, use special adhesives to stick them to the furnace wall, ensuring that they are firmly attached without gaps. For aluminum silicate fiberboard, use anchors or metal mesh to fix it to the furnace wall.
Gap treatment : During the installation process, pay attention to check the gaps between the insulation materials and fill them with special sealing materials or fiber fillers to prevent heat leakage.
Layer stacking : According to the design requirements , the insulation material is stacked layer by layer to ensure that each layer is firmly bonded and the overall structure is stable.
3. Special parts treatment
Furnace door insulation : For the furnace door of the trolley furnace, use special insulation materials to wrap it to ensure that the furnace door can fit tightly against the furnace body when closed to reduce heat loss.
Furnace mouth and track treatment : Use high temperature resistant and corrosion resistant insulation materials to protect the furnace mouth and tracks to prevent heat from damaging the tracks and furnace mouth.
4. Construction Completion and Inspection
Clean up the site : After the construction is completed, clean up the construction site and remove excess insulation materials, adhesives and other debris.
Quality inspection : Conduct a comprehensive inspection on the construction quality of the insulation layer, including the pasting of insulation materials, gap treatment, overall structural stability, etc.
Acceptance and record : Invite relevant personnel to conduct acceptance to ensure that the construction quality of the insulation layer meets the design requirements. At the same time, keep good construction records, including the type, quantity, installation location and other information of the insulation materials, for subsequent maintenance and repair.
