Construction and installation of fiber module

1. Construction Preparation
Site Survey : Before starting construction, survey the construction site to ensure that all installation areas are clean and free of debris, and confirm the accuracy of the installation location.
Material preparation : According to the design drawings and engineering requirements, prepare appropriate amounts of ceramic fiber modules, special adhesives, fixings (such as anchors, metal mesh, etc.)
and other necessary auxiliary materials.
Safety measures : Wear personal protective equipment, such as high temperature resistant gloves, protective glasses, respiratory protection equipment, etc. to ensure safety during construction.
2. Module cutting and preprocessing
Module measurement and cutting : According to the specific size of the installation part, use professional tools to accurately measure and cut the ceramic fiber module to ensure
that the module can fit the installation surface tightly.
Module pretreatment : Apply a layer of special adhesive evenly on the module surface to improve the bonding strength and overall stability between modules.
3. Installation process
Bottom layer installation : First install the bottom layer module and fix it to the installation surface using anchors or metal mesh to ensure that the bottom layer module is firm and reliable.
Stacking layer by layer : On the basis of the bottom module, stack and install layer by layer, ensure that the gap between each layer of modules is as small as possible, and use special adhesive to fill the gap to enhance
the thermal insulation effect of the module.
Adjustment and correction : During the installation process, constantly check the verticality, horizontality and overall flatness of the module, and use professional tools to make necessary adjustments and corrections.
Treatment of special parts : For special parts such as corners and edges, ceramic fiber modules with special shapes are used for installation to ensure the integrity of the overall structure and the thermal insulation effect.
4. Finishing Work
Gap sealing : Use special sealing materials to seal the gaps between modules to prevent heat leakage and air infiltration.
Cleaning and inspection : Clean the construction site and remove excess adhesive and debris. Perform a comprehensive inspection of the installed ceramic fiber modules to ensure that they meet the design
requirements and quality standards.
Acceptance and record keeping : Invite relevant personnel to conduct acceptance to ensure that the construction quality meets the standards. At the same time, keep good construction records, including installation location,
module specifications, quantity and other information, for subsequent maintenance and repair.
